Ava's City Stay: Near Waterworld!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. Left within 1 hour due to poor quality and hygiene issues. Reported to booking.com. appalling customer service from booking.com. won't be using this site again been a customer over 10.years . It's never a 9.1 rating, probably 3-4 max. The shower door is broken. Damp and mould in bathroom. Spiders.in many rooms . The main door glass is smashed. Ended up going else where. Reported to booking.com and their customer service was appalling. Didn't reimburse me for the apartment.

Lovely accommodation, well maintained and the clearners are doing a great job! Positive: Cleanest in the city! Friendly and helpful hosts.

Cosy, nice and tidy place to stay! Positive: Breakfast not included even though tea/coffee and light snacks provided. The location is centrally located at Burslem centre. Negative: Finding keys was a challenge, thankfully, the landlord came along and sorted.

Amazing definitely staying again Positive: It felt like a home Negative: There was an issue where someone had double booked which interrupted my stay
